Building strong companies through . . . Project Management

Sometimes projects are so complex they need a hard taskmaster who can track and manage hundreds of action items and get the job done on time, on scope and on budget.

INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP has served as the "critical path" project manager for several hotel and casino property openings. We provide project management oversight on every element of a property opening other than the actual design and construction of the facility. This includes the creation of all systems, structure, processes, policies, procedures, and other organizational design elements of a start-up operation. It includes overseeing the purchase of all FF&E, OS&E and other materials and resources needed to operate the facility. We also make sure the right people are hired at the right time in the right positions to ensure a successful property opening.

Our project management skills have also been used to develop and implement marketing plans, operational plans, merger and acquisition plans, and large-scale organizational transition plans to help companies move from their current state to a desired future state. Our processes help you prioritize the work, allocate resources and stay focused on the things that matter most. We hold people accountable for their assigned tasks and make sure the work gets done at the desired quality and service levels.
